VIDEO  TECHNICAL HELP

The best screen resolution setting is 1024x768 with Internet Explorer 6 and above.  Javascript must be enabled.  Javascript does not work the same with all browsers.  Netscape can be a problem. 

The videos are in Windows Media Player format and stream at about 350kbs which means you need a true Broadband connection.   Windows Media Player comes free with all recent version of Windows, but if you don't have it you can download on this link

Problems can arise if a firewall is installed - disable it and try the preview videos again.
